For her summer internship Brittany Schmitt worked with the National Forum for Action on Convergence (NFAC) in New Delhi, India. Through an internship established by the UC Berkeley School of Social Welfare in collaboration with the University of Delhi School of Social Welfare, she worked with NFAC and their local partner organizations to focus on women and children’s health issues, reproductive health, family planning and women’s empowerment.
