February 2, 2016 / Tomomi Mori / News

The Center of Excellence in Maternal Child Health at UC Berkeley invites researchers, students, and faculty to present the very latest findings of their work in Maternal Child and Adolescent Health and compare notes with colleagues from around the Bay Area at the upcoming 2016 MCH Interdisciplinary Research Symposium.

You are invited to submit an abstract for consideration. Options include oral presentations (15 minutes) and poster presentations. Any area of research in MCAH will be considered, including but not limited to: social determinants of health, applications of life course theory, environmental health, human development, children and youth with special health care needs, mental health, nutrition, social justice in MCAH, international MCAH, health equity, and underserved MCAH populations. All disciplines are invited to participate. Selection of material for oral and poster presentations will be made by symposium organizers.

We highly encourage graduates students and postdoctoral researchers to attend, as this is an excellent opportunity to present your research and to interact with MCH researchers and practitioners from around the Bay Area to discuss your research on an informal basis.
