Forbes contributor Michael C. Tobias interviews Dr. Malcolm Potts

On November 1st 2011, Forbes contributor Michael C. Tobias interviewed Dr. Malcolm Potts, Bixby Professor in the School of Public Health at UC-Berkeley, about a bombshell of a speech he had just given to a packed crowd of distinguished health professionals in South Africa representing more than half of the world’s population, just one day after the United Nations officially declared that the human population had hit 7 billion.
