We are a collaboration of researchers, students, faculty, staff and volunteers working to improve maternal health and address the impact of population on global public health and the environment. The Center provides an evidence base for population policy decision making on barriers to fertility regulation, ease of access to contraception, and safe motherhood. Among the countries where the Bixby team has recently worked are Ethiopia, Nigeria, Niger, Angola, Rwanda and Mozambique.
Our research opportunities are academic positions and are posted on the Bixby Center website and listed on the UC Berkeley AP Recruit site when there is an opening. For application information please go to https://aprecruit.berkeley.edu/apply/ If you have not used the AP Recruit website before you will need to open an account to submit an application.
